Is it mandatory to use a UV gel lamp? Can I use my own gel lamp?Updated a year ago
Yes, the ohora semi-cured nails are made of the actual gel which are only cured up to 60%. Therefore, they must be cured with a UV lamp to be applied on your nails.
TIP 1: It is recommended to cure 1 to 3 times. Do not cure more, as over-curing may cause the nails to fall off easily.
TIP 2: It is compatible with any UV gel lamp. Our VANITY TABLE gel lamp is a small, portable lamp of 6 watts so if you are using a stronger gel lamp, please cure 1-2 rounds only.
TIP 3: Please don't let the unused nails be exposed to the lights of lamp, which may cause them to get hardened.
*Vanity Table gel lamp is not a chargeable lamp, so it must be plugged in at all times. *Lamp wattage: 6 watts
For your information, you may feel a very strong heat during the curing process. This is a normal as it won’t do any harm.
If you feel uncomfortable with the heat, please hold the lamp from a further distance and take some pauses during the process.
