I made a mistake with my order. How do I cancel or edit my order?Updated a year ago

If your order was not processed yet, you may cancel your your order through the
[MY ACCOUNT] page, or click the [edit/cancel] button on the order confirmation email.

If your order is unfulfilled but the website does not let you cancel the order,
please reach out to the customer service so that we can manually cancel the order for you.
However, you must reach out to us before 9 a.m. (KST) of the next business day you placed the order, in order to have your order canceled. 
*Any cancellation requests made afterwards may not be eligible for cancellation although it is unfulfilled, since the order was already processed.

NOTE:
- If you try editing something on the order, the system may automatically cancel your entire order. In this case we cannot reprocess the order so please proceed with a new order.
- If you need help using the same discount code again, please contact [email protected] and we will help you out.
- If you already received the tracking number, cancellation cannot be done.
