I placed an order but the address I provided is incorrect.Updated 2 years ago

[DHL] If your order has not been fulfilled yet, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can change the shipping address on our system.
However, please understand that although it was unfulfilled, we may not be able to change it if the order was already processed the day before.

If your order was fulfilled and already received the tracking number, please contact DHL right away regarding this issue.
 We can forward the address to them but we cannot guarantee 100% that the address can be changed.

[USPS] Unfortunately, if you chose USPS as your shipping option, the address cannot be changed at all if the order was already processed or shipped out. 

NOTE: If the package has already been delivered to the incorrect address, unfortunately DHL, USPS, nor Vanity Table can compensate for this matter.
Therefore, the customer has to retrieve the package from that place.

Any disadvantages occurred by incorrect shipping addresses are the responsibility of the customer. Also, please be aware that in some cases, additional charges may be requested upon this change request.
