My order came with something damaged.Updated 2 years ago

We apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced.

If your package arrived damaged, please email us right away at [email protected] with the 3 photos requested below, as we need to report this to the shipping company:
1. Photo of the exterior packaging (cardboard box that contained all the items)
2. Photo of the items inside the exterior packaging
3. Photo of the actual item that was damaged/broken (showing that it cannot be used)

Also, please let us know if there was a bubble wrap that served for protection!
Please be noted that we can only help you within 14 days since the package was delivered. 


NOTE: 

1) We usually pack our items in a box if you purchase less than a certain number (average 9-10 items). If the ordered items exceed the box size, we pack them in a flyer bag without a box so the items may arrive crushed. Therefore, if you are planning to place a large order, we suggest that you place two orders to slip it into two. 

2)  If any of the photos mentioned above cannot be provided, you cannot receive compensation for the issue, without exception. Please make sure to keep and take pictures as soon as you receive the package.
