Tracking says my package was delivered but I have not received it.Updated a year ago

[DHL] Please note that the destination showing on DHL's tracking system is the closest DHL service area to the customer's address. The address that the customer provided will not be reflected on the tracking service. 

Please wait for another day as the tracking may get updated in advance, but if you do not receive the package even then, contact our customer service and we will help you further. 

[USPS] If you chose USPS, please contact both our customer service and USPS at the same time. They will need your direct confirmation that you have not received the package. 

*Please note that we can only look into and offer compensation for packages that have been delivered within a month since the date of fulfillment, as we are not authorized to keep the shipping records for more than a month.
Therefore, please contact our customer service as soon as possible so that we can help you with this issue. 

*If the package returns to the seller due to the incorrect address provided by the customer, the round trip fee will be deducted from the refund.
